An 18 hole pitch and putt course is only a short distance away and Beach Gardens with tennis, bowls and a putting green is just round the corner.
The world famous steam railway can be seen from the front of the house.

There is a car park at the rear of the guest house and  the main Victoria Avenue car park is close by.
