We are a local family run guest house where a friendly, relaxed atmosphere awaits you. Conveniently situated only a short level walk from the award-winning beach, Victorian seaside town and our Heritage Steam Railway.

Swanage is situated in the south eastern corner of Dorset, Purbeck is 60 sqaure miles of land bounded on three sides by water and on its fourth side by a line of hills. With access by only one main road or by chain ferry from Sandbanks, this small area gives the feeling of isolation from the mainland, hence the name "Isle of Purbeck".
