All our rooms are beautiful furnished and well appointed, with our quality cleanliness and comfort we hope that very quickly Grace Gardens will become your 'home from home'. Parking is at the rear of the guest house.
Our accommodation comprises
- Jasmine Suite - Ground floor family suite for three + baby
with a twin/king-size bed and small single (extra junior bed or travel
cot available) together with luxury en-suite with walk in shower.
Your room also has the following facilities for your comfort: carver chairs in the bay window looking out on
the palm trees in the front garden,well stocked mini bar, TV/video with a few children’s videos, CD clock radio, hairdryer, towels and an assortment
of hot beverages. Ask on arrival for children listening and safety equipment.
- Florabella Room - This room is a delightful en-suite double room with rear garden view. Your room
also has the following facilities for your comfort:

towels and an assortment of hot beverages.
- Fuchsia Room - This room is a spacious en-suite single room overlooking the rear garden. Your
room also has the following facilities for your comfort: TV, CD clock radio, mini safe,

- Honeysuckle Room - This is an attractive front family room for four with double and bunk beds and
an en-suite bathroom. Your room also has the following facilities for your comfort: well stocked mini bar, TV, CD clock radio, hairdryer and towels and
an assortment of hot beverages. Ask on arrival for children listening and safety
equipment.
- Rose Room - This room has a charming front outlook and is a larger
double room with en-suite shower. Your room also has the following facilities for
your comfort: carver chairs in the bay window, well stocked mini bar (not hotel
prices), TV, CD clock radio, mini safe, hairdryer towels and an assortment of hot
beverages.
All bedrooms are beautifully furnished in a modern style and decor with a warm welcoming ambience.
Each room is well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable
and relaxing stay.
We have a cosy lounge with a Gas fire for those colder evenings a colour free-view
television, video and DVD player and an assortment of films. books to read and plenty
of music for you to listen to, also we have a small licensed bar. The world wide
web is available on request.
You have a mouth watering choice of either a sizzling full English breakfast, or a lighter Continental breakfast.
There is a range of fruit juices, cereals, preserves, toast and/or croissants, fresh coffee and tea, and our optional home cooked evening meal
using local produce.
 To enable you to make the most of your days out in
Dorset we offer upon request a full and varied picnic basket at a very
reasonable cost.
For walkers, hikers, fishing and marine
enthusiasts - and indeed anyone else - we have a drying area for wet
clothes.
Extra facilities for families include babysitting, laundry, pushchair and cots
